Thady Tra is an analog photographer from the family of Clonakilty in West Cork.
His shows usually consist of 40 or so darkroom prints hung on pegs to express the darkroom. He also likes having something interactive in it to bring people into the darkroom even more.
Thady has been mainly shooting on 35mm film for the past 3 years since completing a photography course in St. Johns Central College in Cork City in 2019 and 2020.

Clonakilty Community Arts Centre resident artist and tutor James Waller describes Thady’s work as ‘It’s not the grandeur of the subject, but the simplicity of the moment.’
Thady’s show, ‘Huh!?’ , will consist of a variety of pieces from his trips to London and Berlin, Clonakilty and a special series of photos which you won’t want to miss.
